
The easiest buffalo chicken salad 🔥 This is a go-to lunch in our house!
Made with only 5 simple ingredients- shredded chicken breast, plain Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. That's it! It doesn't get any easier!
This recipe is packed with protein, and full of that buffalo wing flavor you know and love😎 We love to serve it over a salad or with fiber-rich crackers and veggie slices. It's also great in a wrap or on toasted whole-grain or sourdough bread. Make in batch so you can enjoy it throughout the week.

Buffalo Chicken Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes Servings: 2
Ingredients:
6-8 oz shredded chicken breast, canned (other methods of cooking: make in crockpot/instant pot or boil and then shred with a fork or shred a food processor)
2 dollops plain Greek yogurt
A generous drizzle of buffalo sauce (add to taste) - we used @primalkitchenfoods buffalo sauce
Ground pepper
Garlic powder
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well, adjusting buffalo sauce and seasonings to desired taste
Serve with serve over salad, add to a sandwich/wrap, or snack on with crackers! We served ours on a on @topseedz crackers for that perfect crunch 🤌🏼
Optional to top with an extra drizzle of hot sauce
