Say hello to your new favorite spread: 3-Ingredient Chia Seed Jam! ♥️

This recipe is ridiculously easy, takes just minutes to make, and tastes so much better than store-bought.

Made with frozen raspberries, chia seeds, and a splash of maple syrup, it’s naturally sweet, packed with fiber and antioxidants, and perfect for toast, oatmeal, yogurt bowls, or even as a topping for baked goods. 🍓🙌🏼

Just mix everything together in a mason jar or container, let it sit in the fridge to thicken, and you’ve got a homemade jam that’s fresh and nutritious!

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cool Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of frozen raspberries (defrosted on countertop)

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  2. In a mason jar or tupperware container, add the raspberries (including any liquids in the bag) & mash with a fork. Next, add the chia seeds and mix well. Then taste, and stir a splash of maple syrup if needed. Top with a lid and give one final shake.
