Crispy Roasted Potatoes With Sriracha Greek Yogurt Dip
Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients:
Russet potatoes
Avocado oil
Seasonings of choice
Sriracha Greek Yogurt Dip:
1 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juic
Garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Wash potatoes in cold water and then pat dry with a towel
Thinly slice potatoes into rounds
Coat well in avocado oil and seasonings of choice
Add potatoes to a parchment lined baking sheet, in a single layer not stacked on top of one another
Bake at 400 F for 45-60 minutes until desired crispness, flipping after 30 minutes
