Super Fudgy Brownies
Prep Time: 5 minutes Bake Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
3 large very spotty bananas
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork and then mix in cacao powder, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup
Pour batter into a parchment lined baking pan, spreading evenly
Top with a good layer of dark chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes
Allow to cool fully before cutting. Brownies will be very gooey when initially removed from the oven but they will continue to cook while they cool.
Store in a tupperware container in the fridge. You can also freeze these!
