Antioxidant vanilla beet smoothie🤍💘
Beets are surprisingly a great veggie to sneak into smoothies and are PACKED with antioxidants and nutritional benefits🙌🏼

Antioxidant Vanilla Beet Smoothie
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk (can add an additional 1/3 cup depending on consistently you prefer)
3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
1 frozen banana
2 cooked @lovebeets
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Cinnamon
1 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional to top with a sprinkle of granola!
