These apple pumpkin energy balls only take a few minutes to make, are filled with healthy nutritious ingredients, and require no cooking or baking.
Energy balls are the perfect healthy on-the-go snack or portable breakfast. The addition of apple and pumpkin make these one of my favorite treats for fall!đ Each bite tastes like morsels of pumpkin pie AND apple pie with all the cozy fall flavors.

Apple Pumpkin Energy Balls
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup pumpkin purée
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flax
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin pie or apple pie spice
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped apple (chop into as small as bits as possible~ about 1 large apple)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients expect the chocolate chips and apple in a large bowl. Mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips and apples. Mix again until evenly distributed.
Roll into balls (about 2 tbsp per ball) and then let cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Store in the refrigerator in a tupperware container for up to a week.
