We have been LOVING these chocolate brownie protein bites as a yummy chocolatey on-the-go snack made with simple pantry ingredientsšš¼ They are super easy to make, gluten-free, dairy-free, high in protein, and full of chocolate flavor!
These proteins balls are made with nutritious ingredients like rolled oats, cacao, and peanut butter. The addition of collagen adds a boost of protein. Don't skimp on the flaky sea salt and chocolate chips!

Chocolate Brownie Protein Bites
Prep Time: 10 minutes Servings: 12-18 bites
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats (optional but may prefer to lightly pulse oats in the blender beforehand to break them down a bit) *look for gluten free on the label if following a gluten free diet
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup collagen - we used @furtherfood
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
A good pinch of sea salt - we used @maldonsalt
Chocolate chips (about 1/2 cup)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together well in a mixing bowl and then roll into little balls
Allow to sit in the fridge at least an hour
Store in a sealed tupperware container in the fridge
