These energy balls are one of my favorite snacks or sweet treats 💕 I love the addition of @furtherfood collagen for extra protein to make them more satisfying and filling 🙆🏼♀️
These energy balls taste like peanut butter chocolate chip cookie dough and are made with simple ingredients that are always on hand!
Packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats - these are perfect for an on-the-go addition with breakfast or mid-day snack, and even better as a pre/post workout treat.

Collagen Cookie Dough Energy Balls
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1.5 cup rolled oats
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup unflavored collagen
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup chia seeds - 1 tsp vanilla
1/3-1/2 cup maple syrup (taste test batter and adjust depending on desired sweetness)
cinnamon
sea salt
Instructions:
Mix well and roll into balls.
Store in a tupperware container in the fridge or the freezer.
