DIY electrolyte drink are great when you need a hydration boost, pre and post workout when you need to replenish fluids, or when you are feeling under the weather.
Electrolytes are essential minerals that regulate nerve and muscle function, hydrate the body, balance blood pressure, and make sure bodily functions work the way they should.
This drink is packed with electrolytes like potassium and magnesium, as well as and vitamin C for immunity!
Hydration Recovery Drink
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Ultima passionfruit electrolyte powder
1 tsp camu camu powder (one of the highest natural sources of Vitamin C!)
 the juice from 1 orange (or other citrus fruit)
Instructions:
Fill one large mason jar or cup with ice and filtered water.
Add the Ultima passionfruit electrolyte powder, the camu camu powder, and the juice from 1 orange (or other citrus fruit).
Mix well and enjoy!đ
