
Hibiscus Tea with Lime & Mint!🌺🌿🍋🟩 made from an infusion of dried hibiscus flowers✨
This tea is so delicious, slightly tart, and SO simple to make! We love keeping a big pitcher of it in the fridge and serving over ice with fresh mint and lime.
Not only is this tea insanely refreshing, it also packed with antioxidants and vitamin C🍋🟩 for our skin and immune health! The addition of mint is also a great to help aid in healthy digestion.

Iced Hibiscus Tea with Lime & Mint
Prep Time: 10 minutes Freeze Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers (you can also use passion fruit)
1 gallon filtered water
1/2 lime (per serving)
A few springs of fresh mint (per serving)
Optional: honey or sugar
Instructions:
Fill a large pot on the stovetop with filtered water and dried hibiscus flowers
Bring water to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes
Turn off the heat and allow to cool completely
Strain tea through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl and transfer to a pitcher
Refrigerate until chilled
To serve: pour tea over a large glass filled with ice. Squeeze in 1/2 a lime and garnish with fresh mint. Optional to sweeten with a little honey or sugar!
