Vanilla Walnut Banana Muffins🤍💫


These muffins are simple but delicious, soft, and bursting with sweet banana & vanilla flavor. All you need is 2 spotty ripe bananas and a few basic kitchen ingredients to get started.


These quick and easy banana muffins take 30 minutes total to make, so if you need to be in and out of the kitchen fast, this recipe is for you!

Vanilla Walnut Banana Muffins

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20-25 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 very spotty medium bananas

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ¾ cup all purpose flour

  • 4 scoops Further Food Vanilla collagen

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ¾ cup walnuts, crushed


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Mash bananas, then mix in the rest of the wet ingredients.

  3. Add in the dry ingredients and mix well.

  4. Transfer to a muffin tin sprayed with oil and pour into muffin tins. The batter should make 12 muffins. Top muffins with a few extra whole walnuts.

  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
