Clean Out The Fridge Banana Cookies

These clean out the fridge banana cookies are my go-to recipe whenever I have a few ripe bananas laying around. When in doubt, I usually end of making some variation of this recipe. I refer to them as ‘clean out the fridge’ cookies because I add whatever ingredients I have on hand (nut butter, flax, chia, seeds, nuts, chocolate chips etc) and typically eyeball the measurements. Regardless of what ingredients you add, the key is making sure the consistency is nice and thick.

All you need is 2-3 spotty bananas, oats, and nut butter. Yup, that's it! All other ingredients are completely optional but white chocolate chips, cinnamon, and vanilla really add the perfect touch in my opinion. I also added hemp seeds for extra protein. Bake for 15 minutes and enjoy!
