Coconut Almond Dark Chocolate Bars 🥥🍫


Can you believe these bars come together with only 3-4 (!!) ingredients with no baking required.


Made with shredded coconut, creamy almond butter, and maple syrup blended lightly, with a touch of almond milk.


These bars are topped with a rich chocolate spread using dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt.


Just chill in the freezer until they’re set!

Coconut Almond Dark Chocolate Bars

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

Bars:

  • 2.5 cups shredded coconut

  • 1/2-3/4 cup creamy almond butter (you may need to use more if the nut butter you use is more thick versus smooth/drizzly)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • Almond milk if needed to moisten

Chocolate Spread:

  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse lightly until mixture is blended together but coconut is still in shredded pieces, adding a splash of almond milk if needed.

  2. In a pot on the stovetop or in the microwave, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil, giving it a stir.

  3. Pour melted chocolate over bars and spread evenly with a spoon.

  4. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and pop back in the freezer until chocolate has hardened.
