Vanilla Chai Overnight Oats

Prep Time: 10 minutes Servings: 4-5


  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 2 3/4 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt


  1. Mix all ingredients well and store in the fridge for a few hours to thicken.

  2. Add toppings of choice- like Greek yogurt, fruit, and nut butter!
